Behind the scenes for over a decade the microcosm of street level front line resources dysfunction has been researched by the Street Kid’s Project and its successor the Delta Recon Research Group.
The outcome of such research has always brought questions while promoting government change.
The Center allows us to finally share with British Columbians the vast knowledge gained in the dysfunction of street level services and the fraud they reflect to the taxpayers in what amounts to a make work project with little thought to the people or communities served. Research Operations
